The objective of this research line is to help planners and project managers to make complex decisions by using methods based on Multicriteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) that are scientifically proven. Specific areas of application may be, among others: selection of project portfolio, analysis of stakeholders, asset valuation, location of industrial plants and facilities, contractor selection, personnel selection and others related to the Project and Project Management areas. The most used Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis techniques are: Analytic Hierarchy Process and Analytic Network Process (AHP / ANP), PROMETHEE, TOPSIS and PRES.
